Our online Hatha course teaches you how to balance between the pingala (sun) and ida (moon) within you, and how to best teach this type of yoga to students of any level.
All you have to do is show up online for the 50 hour training and yoga certificate course, and we’ll guide you in mastering the techniques to unleash your true potential.
About the Course
Join online anytime, anywhere (with good WiFi connection!), and access the masters from Rishikesh in real-time. If you're unable to attend the live classes, a recorded session will be shared for you to replay and practice at your own pace.

7am-8am CET & EST and 8pm-9pm CET & EST
Learn the techniques of Hatha and Meditation with Rishikesh-qualified yoga teacher trainers. You’ll learn how to incorporate this practice into your daily routine so that you’re always tethered to a centre of calm and consciousness, even during the busiest of days.
The courses are flexibly designed, keeping in mind the schedules of working professionals. You can balance both – certification and your day job – like a pro, and use the recorded live sessions to refresh throughout the month, at your own pace.
We’ll sweeten the deal a tad more: you’ll also unlock a complimentary introduction to Yin Yoga. This slow-paced style of yoga promotes mindfulness, feelings of deep calm, and incredible levels of flexibility.
