If you are familiar with the basics of yoga and have completed a 200hour course, you can take the nest step in your journey in this elevated course. You will nurture the confidence and knowledge you need to discover your truth as a yogi and, enhance your breadth and depth of knowledge across key areas:

Anatomy: Understanding the science and structure of the human body to better apply yoga teachings

The courses are delivered in full depth and dimension, ensuring that wherever you are in your practice, you’re able to internalise the life-affirming principles of yoga. After the 300 hour YTT, you’ll have transformed the way you move and think and learnt how to guide yoga newbies into a deeper practice. We understand that it may be difficult to join all the live sessions. Therefore, you'll have access to recordings of the live sessions. Catch up on the missed sessions at a time, place, and pace that suits you.
About the Course
We offer you learning of more than one style of yoga in this practise. This allows you to experiment and understand which style/s resonate with your body, mind and soul.
After the 300 hour yttc, you are a fully rounded teacher and ready to transform your life and the lives of others!
