Why yoga teacher training

Maybe you’ve been talking yourself out of Yoga Teacher Training Course (yttc) because you think it’s only for the flexible, or the young, or the pros, or the ones who want to teach. But we believe that those thoughts are holding you back from stepping into many extraordinary things: a life of balance, a supportive community, and a lot of confidence.

Whether you’re a novice or a professional, a life-long learner or a future teacher, yoga teacher training is so much more than learning asanas and breathing techniques.

Yoga is the union of the mind, body, and soul — learning the practice from qualified teachers will lead you down the path of self-development and discovery. It empowers you to savour each moment, understand what makes you unique, and change your life for the better. Believe us when we say this: take the plunge, it’s worth it.
